Just to get you an idea of what I like most... how does this look like to you? Where do you think these pics were taken? If I didn't know the answer, I would have probably answered vaguely with an exotic place name like "somewhere in New Zealand" or more simply "somewhere I would really love to go!!!" well, this is Wales. Until I came to the UK and started to explore this Country I would have never thought to come across such a breathtaking natural beauty. Here you can find some ideas about where to go if you want to explore Wales during the rare but awesome sunny days.
Maenclochog is only half an hour far from the Dinas Head http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/strumble-head-cardigan/things-to-see-and-do/article-1356404496990/ which absolutely worth visiting (see the 3 pics around the B&B's one). There is a lovely circular walk that starts from Pwllgwalelod car park and takes you to the beach on the opposite side of Dinas Head through a beautiful coastal path (it takes 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours). See pics below.
For a romantic and nice dinner I would also recommend the restaurant on the beach of Pwllgwaelod, the Old Sailor Restaurant, the fish is fresh and well cooked.
Dunes, cliffs, blue sea and endless beaches, the perfect place for a nice and long coastal path or for climbing.
One of the places I like most in Gower is Rhossili http://www.visitswanseabay.com/listings/rhossili-bay-beach/ as much as the walk on the Worm's head http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/rhossili-and-south-gower-coast/. The walk is really nice and the landscape as you can see is beautiful but if you want to to the Worm's head walk remember to take a look at the tide timetable since with the high-tide the Worm's head is not reachable on foot, a sign at the start of the walk points out the latest time you can start walking.
North Pembrokeshire
Despite the awful weather, Pembrokeshire is always amazing. We visited the Northern part staying in a lovely B&B in Maenclochog (http://www.brynhaul-pembrokeshire.co.uk picture in the middle left side below).
Pennard- Oxwich Coastal Path
The pics below refer to the Coastal path from Pennard (half an hour far from Swansea) to Oxwich bay. You can find all the info on this website http://www.baytrans.org.uk/ coastalwalk05.html.

Cardiff
Before posting more about the amazing nature in Wales, I just wanted to show you a few beautiful spots of Cardiff.

And now let's go back to the nature...
Gower Peninsula
Unfortunately, it's not always this sunny but the Gower is definitely a must to visit when you're in Wales. Ogmore is one of the beautiful spot near Cardiff in the Gower peninsula http://www.countryfile.com/days-out/ogmore-sea-vale-glamorgan.One of the places I like most in Gower is Rhossili http://www.visitswanseabay.com/listings/rhossili-bay-beach/ as much as the walk on the Worm's head http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/rhossili-and-south-gower-coast/.
